Housing

The apartment, located in the heart of Colmar, is very bright, with large volumes (130 m²). It is east-west facing, located on the second floor (no neighbors) in a charming building dating from the 17th century, very quiet, overlooking an inner courtyard.

It has been completely renovated (November 2016) and is equipped with all modern amenities. You will immediately feel «like at home» and you will be able to travel light. Goodbye to the bulky suitcases!

There are 3 large bedrooms: one of 15 m2, another of 12 m2 and the last one, for younger children or teenagers, of 20 m2 (+ a baby bed). (+ a baby cot)
The total capacity of the accommodation is 8 people.

The lounge, 35 m2, is ideal for well-deserved evenings of relaxation after long days of wandering around the region.
You will find a TV with cable channels, a large library with all the necessary documentation, but most importantly, free Wi-Fi!

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee machine, a toaster and a brand new dishwasher..

The large bathroom has been designed with the utmost in comfort in mind: a large bathtub and shower, a toilet, a washing machine and dryer, a hairdryer and plenty of storage furniture, and of course, the provided bath towels.

The bedding and mattresses are new and household linen is also provided for your use.

Access for travelers

You don't need a car to get around in Colmar.
Thanks to our location in the hyper-centre, make the most of the city centre on foot: the museums (Bartholdi, Unterlinden, Hansi), restaurants, shops and bars are all within easy reach.
You are also 100 m from the cathedral and 50 m from the oldest house in Colmar.
You can easily park your car nearby, or in the Rapp underground parking lot located 200 m away.

Other comments

Our third room has 2×2 beds stacked on top of each other, for the greatest pleasure of children/teens (+ a baby bed).
Two adults can sleep in the lower beds, and the upper beds must be reserved for adults weighing less than 55 kg.
The children/teens will have access to shelves filled with books whose selection of titles was made by Jade and Lila, our two girls who are fans of reading.
